WellBeing is a visual identity for an internal program encouraging holistic mental and physical wellness for members of the Toronto police force.

Logo Design

The logo is simple yet bold, creating an uplifting and respectful identity for the WellBeing program. The logo is composed of two graphic elements – badge and human – a synthesis that symbolizes the values of the program. With compassion, humanity, and strength at its core, the WellBeing initiative strives to provide the support needed to perform in a high-pressure workplace so that employees can thrive in all aspects of life.

Font

The use of WellBeing's primary font, Soleil, also helps to achieve an approachable yet dignified logo design and identity. Soleil is a modern sans-serif font that reflects the contemporary framework of the WellBeing program. The font provides a tranquil and welcoming visual identity that embodies the goals of the Strategy and its refreshing, new approach to holistic wellness.

The WellBeing brand was designed with accessibility and simplicity at the forefront, to allow any designer to create brand collateral using the guidelines below. The brand is AODA-friendly to ensure visual accessibility for all viewers, on both digital and printed content.
